tEXT-iNSERTEr is the tools for the inserting text hierarchically.The tools have a executable file 'tir' and a script 'tirc'. 'tir' is a simple text-inserter with customizable tags. Customizable tags can reference local-file, variable and pipe stream. 'tirc' generates a Makefile from the dependencies of inserting text under the specified directory.
